The Star Wars-Themed Lands at Disney Parks Will Open in 2019

Ever since we saw the gorgeous concept art of the Star Wars-themed lands coming to Disneyland Resort and Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World Resort, we’ve been dreaming of the day we can finally see them in person. Well, Star Wars fans, today is a great day because Disney Chairman and CEO Bob Iger announced that the Star Wars-themed lands will open in 2019!

Sign us up for a trip to this gorgeous location! In both Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort, guests will be transported to a never-before-seen planet, with a chance to see Star Wars characters and stories come to life. As we’ve already learned, one of the main attractions will allow guests to get behind the controls of the Millennium Falcon! And we can all prepare for a new experience on Star Tours — The Adventures Continue. Can’t. Wait.
