Here’s the Enchanting New Beauty and the Beast-Inspired Menu Coming To Red Rose Taverne at Disneyland

If you’re a fan of Beauty and the Beast, this has been a great year so far! The live-action reimagining of the film is coming up on March 17, and brand new experiences inspired by the animated classic are on their way to Disneyland! Including a Royal Reception, a new show at the Royal Theatre, and character interactions, we cannot wait to live out our Beauty and the Beast super fan dreams at the Park. Of course, no dream would be complete without an extended menu of amazing food inspired by the animated classic Beauty and the Beast. As we learned before, the Village Haus Restaurant will be transforming into the Red Rose Taverne, complete with murals of the animated classic, and a brand new menu. If you know us, you know we’re all about new menus. Without further ado, courtesy of Disney Parks Blog, we proudly present your future dinner:

Entrees

Beast’s Burger

A 1/3 pound Angus beef patty, slow-cooked beef, Gruyere cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, and horseradish aioli on a toasted roll.

Our reaction: Heart eyes emojis.

Classic Angus Cheeseburger

A 1/3 pound Angus beef patty with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and signature sauce on a toasted roll.

Our reaction: Classic, just like the tale as old as time.

Enchanted Cauliflower Sandwich

A grilled cauliflower steak, spicy lime aioli, tempura-battered green beans, lettuce, and tomato on a toasted roll.

Our reaction: Putting this picture up at our desks.

Slow-Cooked Beef Poutine

Slow-cooked beef and gravy over seasoned waffle-cut fries, pickled onions, and cheese curds.

Our reaction: Waffle. Cut. Fries. For. Life.

Chicken Sandwich à la Lumière

Grilled chicken breast, apple slaw, onion-bacon jam, and fried cherry peppers on a toasted roll.

Our reaction: We think that fried cherry peppers are are new favorite thing.

Chef’s Chopped Salad

Cabbage, Romaine and iceberg lettuce, smoked bacon, apple, hard-cooked eggs, blue cheese crumbles, garlic croutons, and apple vinaigrette.

Our reaction: Yet another classic, which we’ll be ordering immediately.

Poutine Flatbread

Topped with slow-cooked beef, pomme frites, roasted garlic aioli, cheese curds, gravy, and herb oil.

Our reaction: Joy. Pure joy.

Garden Mozzarella Flatbread

Topped with marinated tomatoes, fresh Mozzarella, basil, and tomato sauce.

Our reaction: Melted cheese and tomato sauce = our new BFF.

Pulled Pork Flatbread

Topped with pulled pork, roasted corn, sweet and spicy barbecue sauce, pickled onions and cilantro.

Our reaction: Literally dancing and singing to “Be Our Guest.”

Dessert

Desserts Red Rose Tavern Disneyland

Grey Stuff Gateau

A white chocolate mousse and red velvet cake with a sweet raspberry center.

Our reaction: Can’t wait to offer this to our friends and say, “Try the grey stuff, it’s delicious.”

Lemon Rose Cake

A lemon mousse cake with strawberry-rose filling.

Our reaction: Our hearts are full.

Beverages

Gaston’s Famous Brew

Apple-mango punch topped with passion fruit foam.

Our reaction: Hoping we can meet Gaston immediately after trying this famous brew, so that he can brag about it.

We’re literally going to be trying every single one of these items. What a time to be a Beauty and the Beast fan in Disneyland!

This will all be happening on February 24! Just a few more days until the Beauty and the Beast-inspired meal of our dreams will be available at the Red Rose Taverne in Disneyland.
