Here’s a rundown of this year’s Outdoor Kitchens—all carrying an assortment of creative cuisine, snacks and libations:

  • Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market – NEW!
    Venture to this quaint kitchen next to the Germany Pavilion to try a succulent sampling of Bavarian bites fit for a food lover’s forktale. You’ll also uncover a bevy of ice cold brews and an “organic” champagne apértif with elderflower and mint—a refreshing pick-me-up that’s ideal for spring. Guten tag!
  • Cider House – NEW!
    Behold a charming booth that’s rooted in spectacular farm-grown ingredients and fragrant herbs. Try a variety of buzz-worthy ciders and artisanal provisions that may inspire a playful picnic near the United Kingdom Pavilion.
  • Fleur de Lys
    Saunter to the France Pavilion and land at a Parisian pop-up that’s sure to please your palate with its haute cuisine and tasty tonics. And don’t you dare pass up the chance to try the colossal raspberry and fudge macaron—it’s waiting for you to relish and share!
  • Florida Fresh
    Follow your nose to this Sunshine State-station between the Morocco and France Pavilions. You’ll discover a shining selection of sweet and tangy creations made from locally grown fixings. Pair your picks with an adult thirst-quencher—wine, craft beer or a sweet watermelon juice or slush.
  • Hanami
    Journey toward this pagoda-style booth nestled in the Japan Pavilion to experience a moment of epicurean Zen. Innovative plates like the festival-favorite Frushi—fresh fruit with raspberry coconut rice, toasted coconut and whipped cream—are a hit with kids and adults alike.
  • La Isla Fresca – NEW!
    Drift over to the Showcase Plaza and dig into jammin’ Caribbean-inspired fare. Sway your hips to a reggae beat as you decide between plates of protein that have been either seasoned with jerk-spice or carefully braised. Enhance this tropical tasting with a frozen drink or dessert.

  • Lotus House

  • Pineapple Promenade
    Get your tropical fruit fix from this vibrant little cottage at Showcase Plaza. There are plenty of tart and tangy items to try—including pineapple-flavored soft-serve, frozen lemonade and the popular spicy hot dog topped with chutney.
  • Primavera Kitchen
    Mosey over to this Italian hot spot to inhale robust helpings of authentic Old Country dishes like the new egg pasta stuffed with ricotta, spinach and spring veggies. If you think wine is divine, this cart boasts a generous list. Grab a cup to go and continue on your springtime quest.
  • Taste of Marrakesh
    Trek over to the Morocco Pavilion and plant yourself at the counter of this popular Festival kitchen. Choose from a trio of spice-infused Mediterranean masterpieces and cocktails such as white sangria or sparkling wine with a pop of pomegranate liqueur.
  • THE SMOKEHOUSE: Barbecue and Brews
    Saddle up to this al fresco area at the American Adventure Pavilion to scoop up hearty portions of slow-cooked specialties—the perfect fixin’s for a springtime gathering with family and friends. Think lip-smacking sliders, brisket, smoked ribs and a mighty fine selection of golden craft brews.
  • Urban Farm Eats
    Delve into a vivid spread of healthy and all-natural food and drinks presented on stylish, eco-friendly serving ware. More than just a kiosk for grub, this stop at the Showcase Plaza provides a bounty of inventive tips for growing your own groceries at home.F&
