Grand Prizes:
Complimentary registration and admission for the Winner to attend one 3½ Day Disney Institute Professional Development Course at either the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida or the Disneyland Resort in California between the dates of January 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016.
- The Winner will have the option to select the specific dates (during the Prize Period) and/or topic for the Course from the Course Calendar published onat the time of registration for the Course, subject to availability. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $4,900.00.
- The Course, which consists of 3½ days of official Disney Institute training with two facilitators for approximately eight hours each full day and up to three hours on the half-day – starting at 2 p.m. on the first day and ending as late as 5 p.m. on the final day. Unless otherwise noted, all Disney Institute Professional Development Courses are delivered in English (and attendees are expected to be proficient in the English language).
- Comprehensive reference materials for the Course.
- Guided field experiences throughout the Disneyland Resort or the Walt Disney World Resort, as applicable.
- Meetings with working Disney leaders and employees.
- A welcome dinner; daily breakfast and lunch buffet; and refreshments, with menus as pre-determined by Sponsor.
- A total of three “after 4 pm” theme park tickets, which are for use only by the Course attendee to enhance the educational aspects of the Course (e.g., experience some of the principles contained in the Course in a theme park setting).
- For Courses being conducted at the Walt Disney World Resort, each such ticket will be valid for one admission after 4 pm to one of the following theme parks: Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios or Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park (i.e., each ticket may be used to visit only one theme park). This ticket must be used no later than seven days after the end of the Course and will expire if not used by that date. Parking is not included. Some activities/events may be separately priced. These tickets may not be sold or otherwise transferred.
- For Courses being conducted at the Disneyland Resort, each such ticket will be valid for one admission after 4 pm (or four hours before park closing, whichever is earlier) to one of the following theme parks: Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park (i.e., each ticket may be used to visit only one (theme park). This ticket is valid only for a pre-arranged two-week (14-consecutive-day) time frame (at the time of the Course) and will expire if not used within that period. Certain block-out dates may apply. Parking is not included. Some activities/events may be separately priced. These tickets may not be sold or otherwise transferred.
PRIZE CONSISTS SOLELY OF THE ELEMENTS LISTED ABOVE. Prize does not include: (a) any air or ground transportation between Winner’s home and the location of the Course (i.e., Central Florida or Southern California, as applicable) or (b) if Winner will be driving a vehicle, any parking costs/fees not specifically mentioned herein, associated with attending the Course. Winner also is solely responsible for all other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to hotel accommodations, transportation not specified herein, insurance, meals/beverages not specified herein, tips, taxes, hotel incidentals and any other expenses that may arise out of claiming the Prize.
